VermiPlant is a completely natural product made of vermicompost and water. The vermicompost is obtained with the help of the red Californian earthworms which chop and consume bovine, ovine, porcine and equine manure at a ratio of nearly 1:1, leaving behind this soil-like product.
Liquid VermiPlant is a concentrated organic biostimulator which favors the cellular multiplication of the root and the growth of A and B chlorophyll in the leaves, thus helping the plants get through the thermal stress periods (cold – warm – freeze) and hydric stress (draught) easier. It also determines a higher tolerance of the plants to certain diseases (Pithium, Fusarium, Verticilium, Mana, etc). It revives the physiological metabolism of the plants and it has beneficial effects throughout the entire vegetation period. It stimulates abundant flowering, fruit growth, thus ensuring an early culture.
Because of its high content of humic and fulvic acids, micro and macroelements, organic matter, live bacteria, aminoacids and growth stimulants, it is recommended to use it during all vegetation phases of the plants, as well as applying it on the soil over the crop residues to restore the soil structure and the hummus layer, but also rise the water retention capacity of the soil by over 25%.
Liquid VermiPlant represents an effective solution to obtaining organic nitrogen in the soil, as well as an innovative solution to increasing the proportion of converting crop residues into hummus by 30 times compared to any other chemical product. In order to achieve this, apply a solution of 5l/ha of liquid VermiPlant and 250l – 300l of water over the crop residues after harvest.
Liquid VermiPlant is non-toxic, it does not contain, nor does it provide an optimum environment for E-coli, Salmonella or other harmful bacteria. It is compatible with most phytosanitary products, including herbicide, except for the solution of Bordeaux mixture, copper sulfate and iron.
Liquid VermiPlant can be applied to all types of cultures, including those with bio certification, by foliar feeding or drip irrigation. It can also be used to decontaminate the seeds and the planting material.
VermiPlant is especially remarkable due to its very high concentration of organic carbon and potassium. The hydro-soluble formulas of these elements have good and very good values. These formulas are useful for the nutrition of intensive cultivated plants, which have vital requests in the first phase of the vegetation cycle, since, generally, the culture conditions during this phase are less favorable (especially the low temperature). In these conditions, the plants have a higher phosphorus deficiency.
We refer to the vegetable cultures cultivated in a protected system (greenhouses – tomatoes, pepper, green tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, cabbage, etc), but also to the early field cultures (cabbage, lettuce, cauliflower, tomatoes, etc). Mixed with peat at a ratio of 1:1, the product can also be used to produce vegetable seedling.
VermiPlant can also be used as a primary fertilizer when preparing a field for planting, as well as for other cultures (strawberries, tulips, freesia, gladiolas, lilies, various decorative plants that do not require an acidic pH, etc).
The agricultural cultures that these products can be used for include both large cultures (such as wheat, corn, sunflower, barley, two-row barley) and smaller cultures (such as potatoes, tomatoes, eggplants, lettuce, cabbage, cauliflower, celery, carrots, onions, garlic, etc.), which can be cultivated either in a protected system or in an open field.
Considering that it has such a low nitric nitrogen content, the product is useful for lettuce cultures, as well as for other greens, which need a closer inspection of the nitrate accumulation. Another plus is the low concentration of sodium and chlorine.
Due to the fact that these 3 agrochemical indicators have such low levels, the product also has an ecological value with minimal influence over the crops.
Liquid VermiPlant is a solution with a strong alkaline reaction, good soluble salts concentrations, low level of nitrates, low level of phosphorus, very good potassium concentration, low calcium and magnesium concentrations and acceptable concentration of chlorine. Because of the good organic carbon content, it is recommended to use liquid VermiPlant in irrigation.
Liquid VermiPlant is compatible with all types of pesticides and, moreover, it is recommended for it to be used alongside a pesticide because it will reduce the stress that could appear during the contact between the chemicals and the plant.
Very good results have also been noted after seed treatment and decontamination, thus ensuring maximum sprouting.
Used in appropriate dosage, this product can prevent situations which could have negative repercussions on the agricultural production, especially the early production.
HOW TO USE
LIQUID VERMIPLANT
VEGETABLES:
Foliar use: solution of 1:100 (1 l fertilizer dissolved in 100 l water); repeat treatment after 10-14 days (you can repeat this process more than once).
Soil treatment: solution of 1:10 (1 l fertilizer dissolved in 10 l water).
Pre-sowing treatment: solution of 1:30 (1 l fertilizer dissolved in 30 l water). The solution is used when the seeds are treated using special sowing machines.
Planting and root nourishing: solution of 1:50 (1l fertilizer dissolved in 50 l water).
Vermiplant ensures the appropriate amount of nourishing elements needed for planting and plant development.
It is recommended that the solution of VermiPlant is used in combination with phytosanitary treatments.
LARGE CROPS:
Corn, wheat, canola, sunflower, barley, oat, etc.
It should be noted that our earthworms exclusively consume stable manure. We do not use urban waste!

VermiPlant application/culture
Canola: First apply in the autumn, depending on the crop growth. The second application is made in the early spring when the plant has 4-6 leaves (it can be used in combination with other treatments). The third application is made in combination with the last treatment before flowering.
Wheat: First apply in combination with the first treatment in the autumn before the frost. The second application is made in the period from the tillering stage until 1-2 internodes appear (it fortifies the plant due to microelements).The third application is made in the period from the “in boot” stage until the emergence of the spike.
Sunflower: First apply when the plant has 2-3 true leaves (it helps develop and fortify the plant due to microelements). The second application is made in the period from the beginning of the budding stage until the flowering stage (during this period the microelements consumption is at a maximum level).
Corn: First apply when the plant has 2-3 true leaves (it helps develop and fortify the plant, as well as offering disease resistance to the plant due to microelements). The second application is made in the period from the appearance of the 7th leaf until panicle emergence.

SHRUBS, FRUIT TREES, DECUDUOUS AND CONIFER SAPLING PLANTATIONS:
Submerge seedlings in a solution of liquid VermiPlant and water (1:30 – 1 l VermiPlant to 30 l water).After the seedlings soften in the solution they can be planted. After planting, apply 0,10-0,15 l of VermiPlant per tree to fortify capillary vessels.
Tree watering: mix liquid VermiPlant and water with a concentration of 1:50 (1 l VermiPlant to 50 l water).
Foliar feeding: mix liquid VermiPlant and water with a concentration of 1:100 (1 l liquid VermiPlant to 100 l water). Spray the solution directly on the tree’s leaves.
Spraying is recommended during the budding stage and the intensive fruit growth stage, while watering is recommended during ripening stage.
Reapply VermiPlant solution along with phytosanitary treatments.
FLOWERS, DECORATIVE PLANTS AND LAWN:
Foliar use: solution of 1:100 (1 l fertilizer dissolved in 100l water)
Radicular feeding: solution of 1:50 (1 l fertilizer dissolved in 50 l water)
When planting, apply a solution of 1:50 (1 l fertilizer dissolved in 50 l water) to ensure the necessary quantity of nutritive elements for plant development.
The treatment should be repeated after 10-14 days.
It is recommended that the solution of VermiPlant is used in combination with phytosanitary treatments.
